Such a rare find! The apartment was spotless, smelled amazing, and felt warm and homey the second we walked in, not like a generic hotel stay at all. It had that “okayyyy” factor as soon as we opened the door. Matt was an incredible host. He was super attentive, quick to respond, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The space had everything we needed, and I loved that snacks and drinks were available for purchase. He also allowed us to check in early, which helped so much since we got into town early and it was raining. We really appreciated that flexibility. Riding the scooters downtown was such a fun highlight and made us feel like locals. The rooftop view was absolutely amazing. The whole stay was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely book again.

What a rare find. This is a gem of a place. I know where I will consistently book when I go to midtown downtown Atlanta. Matt was an incredible host. He was on top of everything and was super proactive. Everything looked perfect and it’s the most cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. He has literally thought of everything you would need for your stay. Please book this place you won’t regret it. It’s that downtown place that makes you feel like a local. You’re in the midst of everything. The concierge at the lobby was also wonderful. And the views from the clubhouse on the top floor of the building are to die for. It’s luxury at its finest. Thank you for an excellent experience. I will recommend it to all my friends.
